Our process begins with us asking you a series of questions to make sure that we understand your needs. Then we ask even more questions so that we understand how you will use your sign and come up with the most cost effective solution.

Rapid Sign Center produces a broad range of custom products. While all products are custom designs, many are standard materials. While these can be quoted over the phone, we always provide a written estimate for every project.

Complex projects, such as permanent outdoor signs, may require site surveys, zoning reviews or other research in order to prepare a quote. These may take 3-5 business days to generate a project estimate.

To ensure that you get exactly what you are expecting, we require that all orders be placed by fax or email. We ask that you sign the written estimate on the acceptance line and return it us by fax or email.

Rapid Sign Center provides outstanding value; original ideas, design and exceptional customer service. In order to maintain these high standards, at competitive prices, we keep terms simple.

  • All Terms are 50% down, due when the order is placed and the remaining balance is due at completion
  • We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard & AMEX
  • Credit terms of Net 10 days may be established for corporate accounts after completing a credit application.

The Production Process:
The production process starts after we have received your signed estimate. Our graphic designers will then prepare a proof for your approval. Your written approval of the artwork is required to be faxed or emailed to us before we begin production work. If there are special color requirements or PMS colors that need to be matched, you should advise us during the estimating process.

If we are simply printing a file that you have provided, we will move directly from the submission of your artwork to print. There will not be a “proof cycle:” We would request a hard copy of this artwork to be sure that all elements and colors are printing correctly.

Due Dates, Installation and Delivery:
Rapid Sign Center is very dedicated to making sure you have your signs and displays when you need them. Due to the process involved with any artistic product, it is sometimes impossible to establish an exact due date at the outset of a project. Please observe the following guidelines when placing your order

  • Rapid Sign Center’s standard policy is ready for pick up by 4pm on the established “due date” unless otherwise stated. If you are ordering signs for an event, it is important for you to provide the event date, in writing, at the time you place your order. If you are ordering signs that you need prior to 4pm on any given date, or if you require delivery by a particular time, please let us know at the time of your inquiry.
  • Rapid Sign Center provides installation services on most products when requested. Our installations are scheduled to meet customer requirements, however, we reserve the right to adjust the schedule to accommodate weather and other unforeseen issues that can occur during installations.
  • Rapid Sign Center can arrange for delivery by local or long distance services. If you require this service, please let us know at the time you place your order.

Follow Up and Feedback:
Rapid Sign Center employees are proud to produce signs of the highest quality. Every project is inspected before leaving our shop. We are anxious to know that our products are working for you. We routinely travel to job sites to inspect our work, but often our signs and displays are traveling to events and we don’t get to see them in action. Please contact us with any issues and /or success stories. We welcome your feedback before, during and after your signs are completed. We also appreciate any photos you wish to send us of your signs.
